2. Mount and application:

  (1) Project location: Guangdong East Sunshine hydrogen peroxide workshop, with ID 1500mm pipe, almost no straight pipe section in front and back, the same position, one orifice was used before (see pictures);

 (2) Integrated 5 parts-in-ONE solution, mikoflow multi-variable transmitter, T26 with 100mm long and only one measure   hole, with plug/ pull device, one PT 100 is inserted probe. All parts are mounted one pipe section, two sides with PN25   DN150 flanges, connected with the original flange of the user pipeline, installed and used on site in May 2022.

 

(3) The 3051 micro-differential pressure transmitter used before makes the temperature and pressure compensation in   DCS, the pressure and temperature are taken from more than 200 meters upstream, the user thinks that the   measurement is not accurate, the error is about 300 Nm3/h, and now the integrated structure is used, the temperature   & pressure & differential pressure are measured at the same point, and the temperature & pressure are directly     compensated in the instrument! The accuracy and stability are greatly improved.
