Projext basic information
1 The flow rate is only 2000~3500Nm3/h, not as said before, normal flow is near min. flow. Customer, as designer, selects SMV800 Honeywell multivariable transmitter, the DP under normal flow is only (7~8)Pa, The MV cannot measure so small DP. So flow rate is always zero.
2、MMF installed on Nov. 2020. The DP sensor is MENS chip as sensor in beginning. It run good at beginning. DP can be measured at (5~8) Pa and about 3000Nm3/h. After some days, the temperature of outside is about -20~0degC, temperature in the evening and morning is very low, the temperature in the noon time is about 0 degC. The zero point begin to drift, some time is (2~3) Pa, some time is (5~7)Pa. The DP of max flow is only (15~30)Pa. Customer had to set zero once by once. It has caused by MENS chip temperature drift. At that time, the MENS chip is not good enough.
3. New MMF with diaphragm, 3 into ONE type B, was mounted on Aug. 2021. PT100 connects to rear terminal of MMF. After over a year running, it does not have any temperature drift and still stable measure super-small DP (5~10) Pa. It can be march with real working condition.
